All the experts believe in gratitude, as do I.
However, what about appreciation?
Gratitude is being grateful for something that has or is happening in your life.
Appreciation is the recognition of good qualities.
When we appreciate the quality we experience in life it brings more quality experience to us.
Like attracts like or as most of you know this is the Law of Attraction.
In other words you know all the complaining you are doing?
It’s just bringing more experiences like those to you.
Therefore, why not appreciate where you are?
Find anything you can to focus that appreciation on and then just sit back and watch how your life begins to shift.
We are creating, every second of every minute of every day.
If you don’t like what you are experiencing you have the power to change it.
