It seems most of the time as if life is not fair. We do nice things for everyone and are waiting for Karma to answer with results. If this sounds familiar to you, these reflections were written specifically for you.
Who the hell are the Jones’? I know we have all heard the term, “Keeping up with the Jones.” Why we don’t feel good enough if we don’t have what someone else has?
Sometimes I think I’m the only one who does this. Then I remember, I am human and so are you. Are you ever in a circumstance and then try to push it away? Do you know what I mean? Like, you just don’t want it, whatever it is.
Do you ever feel that if you don’t fit into the box of societal norms like something is wrong with you?
I understand firsthand what this is like, having never felt like I fit in.
I stopped wondering “why” a long time ago and started enjoying being who I was created to be. And you can too.
I can’t even begin to tell you the road I have traveled to get where I am. Living in complete martyrdom for so many years, confused by misunderstanding my thoughts and what to do with them. I shamed myself into depleting my value and my worthiness. The truth I believed for so many years about myself deteriorated relationships, success and even my bank account. I finally said no more.

The ones that we shove so deeply inside of ourselves so that there is no trace of them on the exterior.
I get it, I used to build a wall, and no one knew how I was eating myself alive I was on the inside.
Letting the wall down is scary and you can benefit from it.
What’s so important about staying present? We drift off into our thoughts and miss most of what life is presenting to us. Staying Present is about being in each moment and your ability to stay aware in it.
We all have the illusion that in some way we can orchestrate everything so that it turns out for us. And then life happens.
Find out how you can enjoy letting go of being in control.
