Currently, each of our realities holds a bit of untruth.
That untruth weighs us down and has us create experiences in our lives to allow our righteousness.
This gives your ego ground to stand on to keep you safe and keep you operating under its tyrannous reign.
Let’s look at undoing these beliefs.
Question everything
One of the most important things you can do is live in the question.
The questions you live in must be forward-thinking and reveal the untruths you believe.
Asking questions that serve what you are up to rather than the things you’ve made up about your experiences is especially important.
Such as, one of the primary questions Tony Robbins asks is “How can I appreciate even more of the love and guidance that is inside of me right now?”
Most of us don’t ask questions anywhere close to that.
We usually ask questions like “Why can’t I get ahead”, or “How come in not good enough?”
The power of this question yields the results you are currently getting.
If you aren’t exactly where you want to be in life, I encourage you to investigate your questions.
The undoing
Have you ever untied a double knot on your shoelace that was extremely tight?
It probably took some time.
Untruths that you believe are the same.
The more power you give them the tighter they are woven into your subconscious.
The great news is that you can still undo them.
A Course in Miracles (ACIM) has taught me that I have the ability to understand that I create the meaning behind everything.
When I decide there could be a different meaning, or even better, no meaning at all I get to undo those beliefs, therefore loosening the threads that have been woven into my subconscious mind.
When we stay neutral we can harness the power of the atonement, this is the undoing of these beliefs.
Finding Peace
The more you question your beliefs and release the meanings you have created, the quieter your mind becomes.
Not only is this extremely powerful but a new voice will begin to emerge.
That is the voice of the holy spirit.
The holy spirit is nothing like the ego.
The ego demands, the holy spirit guides.
Ego creates separation between us, while the holy spirit encourages us to live as one body.
Listening to the holy spirit is how we find peace.
Surrendering and trusting what needs to be handled will be done takes so much “doing” away from us.
Remember, we are human “beings” and that suggests that we should just be more than do.
Peace lives in our being, embody it, and watch the truth be told to you.
Love ❤,
Missy
