In this life we live time is how we measure our linear existence.
When things happened is usually relevant to the stories we tell and what we’d like to happen at a certain time when setting goals for our future.
What do we need to navigate through a world based on time? Let’s find out.
Having been a “Type A” personality I can tell you that I didn’t just want something right away I wanted it yesterday.
I learned that letting go of control and being patient with the plans God has laid for me kept me more at peace.
Trying to muscle my way through life just to get certain things in the time that I wanted never worked out, I was always disappointed when the outcome wasn’t what I had anticipated.
Patience is knowing that what you want will come to you.
I’ve said it before and I will say it again, Trust is huge.
We put our faith in people who have free will to change their minds, ways of travel that can breakdown and not get us to our destination.
Why are we not putting our trust in time?
The plans that we don’t know have been laid for us, we get to be apart of something bigger when we tune in and allow his plans to unfold trusting they are for our greater good.
When I speak of forgiveness I don’t mean letting go of a wrong.
The opportunity of giving it to God and allowing him to do his work is the most transformational work we can do when time is involved.
Sometimes there are things we get to experience prior to receiving.
Our ability to let go and let God blesses us with peace, serenity, certainty, and timelessness that makes us overall happier people.
Until next time,
