There is a remembering that happens to all of us as we age.
We remember who we are and begin to allow the love that we are created from to begin to flow effortlessly through us.
In reading this post you will gain the awareness that brings you back to the knowing.
Remaining neutral to allow
We get to be a part of this wonderful experience.
There are joy and pain, happiness and sadness.
As humans, we create the meaning behind everything that happens in our circumstances.
It can be rather difficult to remain neutral; we have so many judgments of the right way things are to happen and our expectations of events happening exactly that way.
So, how do you remain neutral? How do we remain open to what life is offering us?
You get to relax. I know that sounds way easier than the masculine part of me wants to hear.
For so long I had to know how to DO whatever it was.
All that did was create a bigger rift between where I was and where I wanted to be.
My suggestion would be to learn how to relax and trust that everything will work out.
The more worked up you get, the worst the situations seem to be.
Yes, it’s just that easy.
Being in the flow
Have you ever seen a leaf drift down the river?
Seemingly effortlessly, it glides over rocks, rolls over limbs and swirls in whirlpools wherever the water takes it.
That’s what being in the flow of life is like.
We roll with the punches, stand proud with accomplishment, and grieve when necessary.
It’s not always a barrel of laughs.
This is the toughest lesson I have had to learn in life.
Embracing the feminine side of me, sharing my emotions with others.
I have halted the flow of life by stifling my vulnerability.
Acting like I was perfect, and I’m not.
Finally learning to be ok with my imperfections has helping me to allow life, however, it presents itself to me.
And let me tell you…your shit (AKA all the things you think no one will love about you) comes up and the ego hates it.
You are healing years’ worth of denying yourself and the ego creates fear around showing your true self to the world.
I have to say the ego can be convincing, but it’s lying to you and given the opportunity, I hope you stay true to you and learn to embrace who you are created to be.
This is where the riches of life lie.
Remembering your worth
Have you ever received the greatest compliment in the world from someone you love?
I bet it made you feel great, for a short-lived time.
Do you realize that that compliment would mean nothing if you weren’t already feeling great about yourself?
This is a work in progress for everyone and begins in the mind.
Not our little human mind, because that is where we created the ego and the meaning behind the so-called terrible things that we have lived through.
I’m speaking of the one mind.
We create the separation in our human mind between us and everyone else on this Earth.
The separation between God and us is also created in our humanness.
Humans tend to forget that we can’t be where God didn’t put us and as a result, he is always with us.
We have the choice every second of every moment to stand in the light or stand in the dark.
We are oneness, a culmination of energy that has come here to aide in expanding our consciousness as seemingly separate entities.
When we recognize beauty in others it’s because we are beautiful. You can replace beauty with whatever other adjective is most appealing to you.
You cannot recognize in others what you don’t see in yourself.
I’m inviting you to choose to see God in them.
The knowing is about remembering who you are and offering that same gift to others.
Your worth can only come from God because you are him, therefore you are love.
Until next week my friends,
