I will be the first to admit to you there are challenges in loving all the time.

Yourself, other people, even family are at risk for not feeling love 100% of the time.

Sometimes we just need to be open to possibilities and the reasons to love will be understood.

There are many reasons why it’s extremely important to lead with love.

I am borrowing from Tony Robbins his reasons behind why people do things for this post.

Lead with Love Because of Uncertainty

It’s funny, I heard someone say something about the uncertain times we are living in this morning.

And I thought out loud, times are always uncertain. We don’t predict life.

When you lead with love it doesn’t matter what happens.

You can’t predict it and you don’t try because you are so busy loving all of the uncertainty.

It gives you something new to create around and love.

Leading with love in uncertain times means every second of every day.

The importance lies in the uncertainty if you are open to not knowing how things will turn out, then leading with love is easy.

Certainty is Another Reason to Llead with Love

Since we have discussed what is uncertain if you think of what is certain you will find there is more reason to love.

Our thoughts make us believe what is certain and what is not.

I hold the values that love is a certainty. So is worthiness, peace, abundance, faith, and hope.

These items are guaranteed, every second of every day. Those thoughts that tell us otherwise are not from spirit. They are from an egoic space.

When you are open to this being a possibility you will lead with undoubtedly lead with love.

There is no way to stand in a lack of love when you recognize these truths.

Belief in Your Significance Compels You to Lead with Love

It’s hard to imagine somedays that what we do matters.

That whether you held the door for an elderly lady or let someone in front of you in traffic ever makes a difference.

And it does.

Your joy, your trials, your kindness, and your disappointments affect every living thing in this world.

That’s how important you are.

The fear that a lot of people are feeling right now is affecting the collective.

Leading with love is important because you are.

It’s really that simple.

We can’t get through whatever this is without you.

Connection is a Requirement to Lead with Love

Most of society believes that love comes through connection and I happen to agree.

However, I don’t believe it comes from a physical connection or an intimate connection.

In my humble opinion, it doesn’t even come from a family connection.

Connection is the ability to love others no matter where they are on their path and without conditions.

You have to love unconditionally and without judgment for this to even be a possibility.

Every person is a reflection of you in some form, they allow you to look deeper into what needs to be healed for your greater connection to life source energy.

That life source energy is love in it’s purest form.

Leading with Love Increases your Personal Growth

When you truly can turn the other cheek, as they say, or not see others wronging you in any way you are standing in love.

I’m not speaking of forgiveness, which society defines as, to give as before, regarding a wrong against you.

This is regarding giving forth to God, leaving things in his hands.

Not worrying about trust, deceit or wrongs that must be made right, even correcting people who you believe are wrong.

When you are leading with love it’s exactly like you are blind to these things happening.

Yes, you see them and you know that there is nothing you need to do about them.

(I’m speaking specifically to my controlling friends, yes that includes me)

It’s ok to let be whatever is and love exactly how it turns out.

However, I must note, there is a difference between egoic action and inspired/intuitive action.

You will know the difference by your state of being.

Contributing by Purposefully Leading with Love

You can’t measure love because it never ends, you always have more to give.

We can expand on that love through contribution.

I can feel some of you cringe at the thought of giving and that’s ok, just remember contributions don’t need to look like money.

It can look like free haircuts if you are a beautician or free labor on oil changes if you are a mechanic.

Giving back to a community that teaches your kids or provides you water spreads love through you and others faster than a wildfire in dry brush.

You can always feel the difference in the energy of people who are givers.

Anything you need, I bet they are your go-to people. Even when you aren’t a person that needs much you know who you would call if you did.

It doesn’t even need to be big, it only needs to be meaningful for you.

Leading with Love is Important

As the famous words of the song by the Beetles says “All you need is love.”

We can survive with very little in this world, yet if we don’t have love we will never thrive.

Love diminishes fear, worry, anxiety, sadness and gives us a sense of safety we need to be bold.

This is why it’s important to lead with love.
