I assume most of you have heard of or seen the movie “The Secret” by now.

From watching that movie, we all know that thinking positive is the way to manifest our largest desires.

And I believe there is one secret that “The Secret” left out.

Kylego is a practice that will get you into the positive feeling of having what you want which will boost your positive thinking into a higher energy vibration now and attract what you want in your future.

Allow yourself to go back to your childhood, fully use your imagination by following these steps and you will truly manifest your dreams.

You don’t need a partner for this exercise, however, I highly recommend that you have someone to build the energy levels with because this is where the magic happens.

Evoke the feeling of gratefulness

There are things that happen in our experiences every day that we all take for granted.

Then there are some that truly take our breath away.

This is where I want you to focus your energy.

We get to read, write and sing, sleep in, witness a sunset, hear our children’s laughter, we even get the freedom to do what we love anytime we choose.

Now, think of three things in the past 24 hours that you are thankful for occurring.

Remember as many details as you can about the experience. Individuals, colors, sounds, smells and mentally be in that memory.

This will bring you to being grateful.

Begin doing this practice every day.

It doesn’t take long and it will mentally prepare your mind up to have a great day.

As you build this muscle of gratefulness you will be grateful in the moment, and you will start to see the beauty in all experiences.

Dream big as a visionary of your future

Dreams should be stretches of our imagination.

Just outside of what we believe will happen.

We want them to give us something to live into becoming.

They are not designed to keep us safe or comfortable, they are designed to get us to recognize our greatness and own that ability.

Make a list with 10 bold and audacious goals, the kind that has your ego getting squeamish at your idea to pull them off.

I will be the first to tell you when I first began this practice over 2 years ago with the woman who taught me, MK Mueller, I created a list of material things.

Things like money, cars and a home beyond my wildest dreams.

I will admit there was a lot of self-doubt during that first conversation of what I was saying I wanted and my belief that I could have it.

Then the magic began to happen as I read my list as if I already had these things, saying how thankful and grateful I was now that I had them.

Sharing them out loud made me feel possibilities, excitement and an understanding that I could have everything I was asking for.

Conjure the most creative future you can

The magic of this moment.

This is where all your dreams begin to come true.

It’s like hearing from your boss that you got a raise, you know its coming and once these words are spoken you can bet your butt that something like this or better is heading your way.

Here is where you will take one or all the items on the visionary list and tell a story about the way they have already happened.

I want you to embellish, be imaginative and have a blast telling about all the things that happened when acquiring the items on your list.

Feel your energy start to embody joy, fun, love, creativity, possibilities, and excitement.

Watch as your mood begins to elevate, the richness of the moment sets in and your imagination runs wild finding the next thing to incorporate and something even bigger and more badass than the things you had originally on your list.

Then, when the story feels complete bring it to a close and celebrate.
