Awareness of your thoughts is the key to any obstacle being overcome.
Awareness of the situation.
Awareness of your reaction.
Awareness to your actions.
But most importantly awareness of the thoughts that you have been thinking that got you where you are.
This moment is gone as soon as it comes.
Do not dwell on changing things, the past is called that for a reason.
Leave it where it lives, which is behind you.
You can only move forward moment-by-moment from right now.
Be inspired to act, don’t always react and if you have a thought that isn’t serving you, create one in its opposition.
You are only as strong as your mental foundation, so make sure it’s sturdy.
