Finding Space Between Your Thoughts
It sounds strange to think that you might be about to meditate with others around.
And finding space between your thoughts can assist you in clearing out the mental energy that’s dominating your mind.
Meditation isn’t always about sitting quietly in a room, it’s about tuning into spirit.
You can’t hear spirit with a noisy mind.
When you find the space between your thoughts you come back to the peace spirit wants you to embody so that you can clearly hear the messages of love, acceptance, and worthiness.
Physical Space In A Crowded Space
I was a runner for most of my life.
When anything went wrong I wanted to leave, get away from everyone, and everything.
Being extremely afraid of my emotions it seemed logical.
Vulnerability was a weakness, not a strength in my mind.
Sometimes the other energies in your space can attach to you like water to a sponge.
When you allow the flow of energy to come through you, resistance is released and it no longer can stick to you… Unless you want it to.
Open Up Your Heart
The majority of the time when you are resistant it’s because your heart is closed.
We feel under attack and feel the need to defend ourselves.
A course in miracles teaches that an unhealed mind feels under attack.
And I believe an open heart will also allow the space for you to come to peace.
How can you create peace in the times of resistance?
Fall in love with the feelings you are feeling.
Nurture them, see them, and wish them well as they pass through you.
This allows us to transmute energy we are resistant to so that our light can continue to shine.
