It’s amazing how just a small shift in perception can make things that were once so difficult seem so much easier.
I’ve recently been studying Neurolinguistic programming and the shifting techniques it teaches are fascinating.
To rewire or reprogram your brain is just a matter of intention and certainty of decision.
Your old thoughts aren’t currently serving your future plans.
So why do you keep allowing them to determine your outcome?
They have gotten you where you are, but is this where you want to stay?
I find that a perfect technique for me is called pivoting, taught by Esther and Jerry Hicks.
They teach that when you focus on what you don’t want you get more of that, once realized you need to pivot your thought to what you do want so your intention brings you more of what will serve you and less of what won’t.
