There’s a time in everyone’s life when you are doing things that are outside of societal norms.
We accumulate guilt from doing these things and it clouds our consciousness.
Judgment regarding what we did weighs heavy on us.
It makes us feel undeserving, unlovable and unworthy.
You don’t have to feel that way, so let’s change it.
Break the habit.
Just stop.
Yep, it’s not rocket science.
You make a decision to not beat yourself up.
Especially for things you can’t change.
It’s important for your growth, and for the big things you are up to in this life.

You have created the thought that you “must” feel guilty by placing judgment on yourself for mistakes you feel you have committed.
The good news and the truth is there are no mistakes.
So breaking the habit that makes you feel like crap will be a great benefit for a more open connection to source.
And you deserve it.
Implement new thoughts.
I will tell you that this was one of the most difficult things when I first began to change my thoughts.
I didn’t believe anything I said to myself.
As a matter of fact, I started listening to affirmations just so I had somewhere to start.
I didn’t believe that guy either.
But as I program to my mind by listening to those recordings it got easier.

A little every day I was feeling more confident, celebrating myself and forgetting about the internal abuse I had previously put myself through.
Guilt implies there was something you did wrong.
It forces judgment on you or even someone else.
Through affirming true qualities you can stand strong in them and miraculously the false ones disappear.
So tell yourself what you want to, and remember as often as you hear it the more you will believe.
Letting go of the past.
Why do we carry such heavy weight with us into the present moment?
The only moment that matters is now.
We get to stop referring to the past to predict our future.
Your ultimate goal is to learn to be here now.
You can’t feel guilty in the moment.
Judging yourself for your past is where the guilt comes from.
Therefore the more you live in the present moment the less you will feel guilty.

It’s not serving us to focus on things that can’t be changed.
The only thing we can do is give it to God.
Not so he can judge us, let him bring out the lesson for growth.
Living in the moment surrenders what your unhealed mind believes to what your spirit knows.
You are deserving, lovable and worthy.
Clean up your consciousness by letting go of the past.
Being guilty is not a pleasure.
All my love until next week.
