
Are you ever so focused on what you don’t want that it keeps showing up in your life?
How many times have you thought about how upsetting something was to have happen.
And then something similar comes into your experience again or even happens repeatedly.
You should recognize this as a negative thought pattern or belief.
How can you change that?
It’s a question I’m asked constantly while coaching.
So, I created an easy process for you.
First.
Awareness, which we just covered.
Second.
Give yourself the indication that things could be different.
You need to see alternative possibilities and know you are worthy of them.
Third.
Clarification.
Ask yourself questions pertaining to the matter.
For example, do I want to be rich or poor?
Do I want to be happy or sad?
Do I want love or loneliness?
It’s just as easy as that to know what you want.
You must keep your focus there.
Last.
You set it all in motion so now just let it go.
Focus on the things that are fun and bring you joy in life, slowly but surely this subject will too.
I’m telling you it’s just that easy.
Once the negative momentum that you created doesn’t have your attention this subject won’t recur anymore.
Give it a try… You have your happiness to gain and pain to lose.
