I learned something over the weekend that was really foreign to believe at first.
Being present.
I hear all the time about living in the moment as I’m sure you do.
But being present is without distraction of thought.
You see thoughts come and go.
We try to control them but really the more that you do the less it works.
Negativity is natural, but focus on that negativity is what brings us down.
If you’re present and get back to the core of you every time you feel weighed down then you will relax right into feeling better again.
It seems so easy, why not let it be that way.
You don’t have to struggle to find happiness.
Sometimes remembering who you really are is the reminder that we all need to get back to the Natural State of well-being we are meant to live.
Struggle maybe where you learn but it doesn’t have to be where you live.
