If you break it down it’s dis (meaning away from) ease (meaning the absence of difficulty) so in your body if you are experiencing a lack of ease where does it come from?
All things start with thought. Every toothache, every headache, every ailment…
So my next question is what have you been thinking about…
If it is constantly the way that you feel because you can’t distract yourself from it then you are going to continuously pull that dis-ease into your experience.
Everything is always working out for us, we can’t get things in life wrong.
Trust me I spent years beating myself up. It’s not a good idea.
Stay grateful and appreciate all the good stuff, don’t try to control circumstances or other people.
The only thing you have control of is your thoughts and attitude.
If you can stay in control of those things and not get upset with yourself when you make mistakes then you have unlimited potential.
Just do me a favor when you start to get in that place where you’re freaking out about anything in life…
Just begin by saying everything is always working out for me.
I know it’s hard to believe at first but I promise you if you keep repeating it like a mantra it will become very soothing to you…
