Creating Space
Do you ever feel like there’s just too much?
Too many thoughts, too many material things, and too much busyness?
I’d like to point you in the direction of creating space so that you have more peace, less clutter, and more time.
Enjoy more time
It’s a phrase we say all the time, we discuss how busy we are in life.
But that’s not really what we want more of.
We want more time to do the things that we enjoy, to do this we get to stop talking about how busy we are.
Understanding that everything happens in Divine timing and if God put it on your plate he will find the time for it to happen.
Although this doesn’t happen always when we want it to, it frees us from suffering and frustration when we allow it to happen in God’s time.
There’s no rush when we look at time this way, it relieves us of pressure and overwhelm when we can relax into divine timing.
Trust that God is creating space for you in time.
Cleaning out the closet
Do you ever get rid of things that you don’t wear anymore?
Maybe you have a yard sale or just pass things on to friends and family.
When you declutter your physical space, you create space not only physically but mentally as well.
As you are giving, you receive.
Not only does this allow you to attract more things that you enjoy, it also allows you to create mental space that will bring you more peace, joy, and happiness.
This happens because you are growing.
We need to let things go to do that, even the material things.
This is a process that can move you along helping to create mental space, and less stress very quickly.
Think less
So far you’ll get to enjoy more time and have less mental stress just by doing a few simple things.
And I know you are wondering how you can think less?
Thinking less is a lot easier than most people understand.
First, you must begin to be aware of the thoughts that you’re thinking.
So you become an observer of those thoughts.
There doesn’t need to be a judgment when you are observing your thoughts.
Observing your thoughts will tell you what is coming from your subconscious that needs to be healed.
As you begin to observe it’s like watching traffic, you don’t try to jump out in the middle of the road to stop traffic when cars are going 70 mph.
But as you observe them they begin to slow down.
And as they pass by they fade off into the distance, the less important ones will disappear.
The more prominent ones are your work here.
The thoughts will slow down, and you’ll notice space between them, the space will bring you an inner peace that you’ve never thought you could obtain with a busy mind… And this is pure gold.
Love ❤,
Missy
