It has been a little rocky this year, to say the least.
I’m sure I don’t have to tell you because you are having your own experience.
Your beliefs, thoughts, and reality are all getting tested.
Standing strong through what is going on all depends on your foundation.
Question everything
During this year I have had the extreme pleasure of working with a few coaches I have taught me to question.
To have childlike wonder and curiosity regarding everything I witness.
Become the observer of your experience allowing it to teach you everything that needs to be healed in your life.

I found that looking closely, cleaning out the closet, and has allowed me to navigate peacefully because I’m willing to look at what these circumstances mean for my growth.
I am encouraging you to ask questions like a child to open your mind and heart to new possibilities.
Remaining neutral in the experience
Judgment causes us to suffer.
As humans, we are meaning-making machines.
We put the pressure on ourselves for what we should have accomplished, where we are in life, and how our experiences are turning out.

We look to the past as a reference point for how we should react to our future experiences.
These are stories of judgment on the past, and they cause us to repeat them in the future.
Being neutral takes practice and understanding that you don’t need to tell yourself the same story.
Deciding for God
When we believe we are under attack we are standing in the dark with our ego.
This is the slippery slope of a weak foundation.
If there is no sure footing, then your structure cannot stand in the strength it was meant to and it will crumble.
As we decide for God we can only bright light to the world, and darkness cannot exist.

God means many things to people, to me it’s the life source that lives inside of me connecting me to every living being.
Standing in that unconditional love will only allow you to see the beauty and purpose in each circumstance, creating the sturdy foundation you NEED to remain at peace.
Until next week loves,
Agape ❤,
Missy
