Now is the time to start living the life you deserve. The stories that we’ve told ourselves for years can propel us to move towards a greater destination than where are we currently are. It’s okay to be where you are and isn’t it time for you to live your best life?
Taking a step back from all the distractions in life we can begin to figure out what’s really important. These are some of the things that I have found that make me appreciate the life I get to live. They keep me grounded in where I am in my journey and teach me how lucky I am to be living during this time. Without being forced to slow down we might not be able to see what’s really important.
When you root yourself in a growth mindset you understand that you need to be accountable for the things that happen in your life. Accountability does not mean taking the blame, that it’s your fault, or even that you are responsible. It’s more about standing in your power and not playing the victim. I get that there are some situations that a lot of people will not be able to look past. And that is completely okay, be with whatever you can in an accountability mentality.

Understand that not everyone needs to set boundaries. Most people already have them in place. Although there are a few of us who as emotional empaths need to be firm in our stand. Sometimes this isn’t the case because we give in to people-pleasing.
There’s a time in everyone’s life when you are doing things that are outside of societal norms. We accumulate guilt from doing these things and it clouds our consciousness. Judgment regarding what we did weighs heavy on us. It makes us feel undeserving, unlovable and unworthy. You don’t have to feel that way, so let’s change it.
