
Have you ever thought “Why did this happen to me?”
I personally have, and the thoughts that followed that question were ones of unworthiness, of being unwanted and of just not being enough.
It’s questions like those that we ask ourselves that entrap us in negative thinking.
It wasn’t until I went to a course on self development a few weeks and the instructor said “Things Happen” not “Things Happen to me” that I started to even realize that I held a victims perspective in some stories of my life.
Do you realize how free you can be when you stop thinking the world is out to get you?
I’m not saying staying neutral is easy and I’m not saying you don’t have the right to believe whatever it is you believe.
However, if you want to find your way to freedom of your thoughts, this is a great place to start.
