Ultimately, we create our own value by the stories we tell ourselves, what you believe is true is part of your cognitive behavior.
Every thought and reaction you have is based on those beliefs.
Sometimes it takes an honest self evaluation to remove the thoughts that aren’t beneficial for your growth.
Looking inside isn’t always easy, we are our own worst critics, but use this as a healthy method to realize being so hard on yourself depletes your self worth.
