Now is the time to start living the life you deserve.
The stories that we’ve told ourselves for years can propel us to move towards a greater destination than where are we currently are.
It’s okay to be where you are and isn’t it time for you to live your best life?
Out with the old
Most of the stories that are stuck in our head are things we created when we were very young.
We went through an experience, we made something up, and we still believe those stories as adults.
These stories don’t serve us. They close us off from being available to what the universe wants to give us.
When we focus on the past we can only recreate the past.
It’s almost like keeping clothes that don’t fit.
We know they don’t fit but instead of getting rid of them, we keep them because of the meaning we gave them.
Such as we aren’t attractive if we don’t fit into them, or we have assigned some sentimental meaning to the clothing.
It’s time to clean out your thoughts just as you would your closet.
In with the new
All of the thoughts that you think have gotten you to where you are in life.
And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with where you are.
However, as humans, we are always striving to be more, better, and different.
To do this it’s just simply letting go of the thoughts that no longer serve you.
One of the thoughts that I struggled with my entire life was worthiness.
I didn’t think I was deserving of receiving anything, love, money, approval, etc.
Also, I held a lot of guilt from the actions I previously carried out in my life.
Realizing that the most important place to be is here in this moment I was able to let go of my unworthiness stories and have become a great receiver.
Being open to what life presents you allows you to be/do/have so much more than you can imagine.
Making yourself available
I’m going to give it to you straight.
Stop predicting your future.
We don’t know what’s going to happen.
Just because someone screwed you over in the past doesn’t mean people will screw you over in the future.
It’s okay to be scared but when you focus on your fear you bring into your life what you’re fearful of.
Abraham Hicks says every subject is two subjects, what you want and the lack of it.
And the great monk Dandipani says where your focus flows your energy goes.
That’s how we create what we want in this life.
Focus on what you want and watch it all began to unfold.
That’s how you make yourself available to everything you want in this life, through the stories you tell yourself.
Until next week,
Agape ❤,
Missy
