If you wonder why you are in the circumstances you are, then look no further.
Today we’re going to introduce you to working from the inside out and how to heal the things you know nothing about.
The Iceberg
I’m sure we’ve all seen the image of the tip of an iceberg showing on the top side of the water.
It’s only about 10% that shows on the surface.
The remaining 90% is under the water unseen.
This is exactly like our subconscious thoughts, we know about 10% of our actual thoughts, and the rest remain unseen.
That is until it starts to show up in our circumstances.
These things that we need to heal in our subconscious will begin to trigger us in our waking life.
If you take the opportunity to observe what’s happening around you then you can see what needs to be forgiven and healed.
Forgiveness
Forgiveness is not an attack that someone else has made on you and that you are releasing them from.
It means to give as before, let me explain.
I believe that our external world is out pictured through our internal.
It’s like the tip of the iceberg… We see only a little, but what’s underneath is really what’s weighing us down.
So, if you see a behavior and it triggers you, then you are being it and it needs to be healed.
The Law of Rhythm (Karma) says you are either currently doing the behavior you are witnessing, have done it before (and it still needs to be healed in your soul) or if you can’t find either of those to be true then the last is that it needs to be healed from a previous lifetime.
Therefore, since like attracts like, we can’t always see the way we are being, but our circumstances will always show us because our physical manifestations are created from the inside out.
To remove these triggers, you must give forth those triggering behaviors to God by agreeing not to do it anymore.
And the “As before” part is when we were identified as the image and likeness of God.
There is only you
A Course In Miracles teaches “If I defend myself I am attacked.” meaning the ego is what convinces us that we are under attack and so, we defend ourselves.
This normally happens following those triggering behaviors.
God (as in the oneness that connects us all) never sees the darkness (negative, attack, etc) because it cannot exist when we come from light (joy, peace, unity).
If you look at each person as you or in other words you are God in human form, and so are they.
Or a better way to put it is…if God were the ocean and we are each a drop in the ocean then you would notice there is no need to defend.
Because you are only attacking yourself, as part of the greater whole.
They happen to be God working it out just as you are.
And you placed these people in your life.
You are basically asking yourself to help yourself remember your self-realization.
And not to mention you may be more open to their transmission/conversation than the others in your space.
In other words, not on your best behavior with them.
The work now becomes acknowledgment, and giving the behavior over to God, asking to be shown what’s next in aiding you to become someone who can be an open channel for this work to be done.

I really love this. It all makes sense and I never thought about it that way. Thank you for sharing it, now I am going to put it to use.
LuAnne, thank you for reading my posts. It means a lot that you support me and I’m glad I can help you through your journey. Don’t forget even this is an outpicturing of what’s going on internally ❤️
