Did you know that a morning routine can start the entire day in the right frame of mind?
Let’s look at some of the things that you can do to keep your peace for longer during the day.
Meditation
The hype about meditation has increased so much in the last few years.
So there has to be something to it right?
A lot of people have busy minds, meditation helps you connect with spirit to maintain your level of peace throughout the day.
Meditation isn’t about not thinking or pushing the busy thoughts out of your mind.
It’s about slowing them down and making space between them and you can’t do that forcefully.
You watch them like you would watch traffic before you cross the street.
This will start to assist you in the awareness of the things that your subconscious is showing you that you need to heal and declutter your mind.
And as you get clearer spirit will be able to seep in and share with you the wisdom of the one mind.
Exercise
Sometimes the way we meditate is through exercise.
Concentrating on the physical movements allows you the ability to be at peace.
You get into the zone and you begin to focus on your actions, your movements, and your form.
Exercise frees trapped energy within your body.
If you’re still carrying the weight of yesterday’s emotions exercise can help you bring you into the present.
The present is the only real-time we have, all other thoughts are illusions our mind makes up creating fear or anxiety from the past and future.
And strengthening your body gives your soul a willing body to carry out the tasks you are set up to perform.
Devotional
You’ve got to feed your soul, whether you like to listen to motivational speeches, religious sermons, or spiritual teachings.
The importance of hearing the word first thing daily gives you the practice to put it in place.
When you devote yourself to this practice your mind must become stronger and gives you tools to use in life’s circumstances.
We are constantly collecting tools to prepare us for the experiences with yet to encounter.
Think of your devotional as training for life.
Of course, it’s not mandatory however there are two ways to learn with or without training wheels.
Devotionals provide you the training wheels that give you the tools to have balance to prepare you for what is next.
Love ❤,
Missy
