Based on the beliefs we hold we feel things should go a certain way.
Our beliefs are questioned constantly, and circumstances cause us to be more open to the healing that needs to take place.
I’m going to share with you a few ways that I have figured out when I am bumping into illusions.
I know I cannot be the only one who has over thought a situation either before it happened, while it was happening or even after it was happening.
We become fearful based on our predictions of how we think things should go or even how they should have gone.
We cause ourselves to suffer because we cannot accept that there are some things we can’t change.
Repeat after me, everything always works out perfectly.
The illusions are like a veil of smoke.
When the smoke clears away you can always see more clearly.
Have you ever become appalled or immediately angry based on the actions of another person?
We forget to give consideration to free will.
The controller in us believes there is a right way to do things and a wrong way to do things.
Our beliefs are questioned, and we feel as if someone is going against those values.
These actions come from a scarcity, worrisome, and fearful mentality.
Everyone has their path and there are lessons in each circumstance you have with another person, revealing the illusions by seeing what’s triggering you will help you heal.
In “A course in miracles”, one of the programs that I study it teaches that the “Unhealed mind feels under attack.”
We immediately become defensive when we find that someone doesn’t agree with us.
Recognize that it’s not your job to make them see it your way.
Be willing to look at what the situation is trying to teach you.
The work in growing and elevating your consciousness comes from standing in peace.
That peace lies in being defenseless.
The illusions cause us to make up things that aren’t there to keep us safe, make us right, have us maintain control, and to keep us looking good.
It’s your time to shine, even the sun shines behind the clouds, so reveal yourself by cleaning out the illusions of your mind.
Until Next Week,
